NEWSLETTER – July 3, 2020
Happy Independence Day!
A warm welcome to our returning Owners and to all newly arrived residents.
Here at Coronado Shores and at the La Princesa Tower our normal operations have not been so normal. Please practice social distancing and use or continue to use protective masks in common areas; and frequently wash hands. When using the elevators, if they arrive at your floor and are occupied, you may want to consider letting the elevator go and waiting for an unoccupied elevator to stop on your floor.
Parking Spaces – Please make certain your vehicles are parked within the perimeter lines of
your parking space (side to side and front to back) and not on or over the lines. The lines, and spaces between the lines are Common Area, and not to be intruded into. Generally, this gives neighboring vehicle passengers better ability to open vehicle doors; and allows maintenance personnel a clear path between vehicles.
Also, some parking spaces have car covers, bikes, and other objects which are not allowed or strewn about. Please don’t leave unauthorized items in your storage space, and make sure the authorized items are “organized”.
If bicycles in you parking space cause your vehicle to extend out beyond your parking space, please see the Front Desk about renting a space in a bicycle storage room.
Bicycles – All bicycles at La Princesa need to be registered at the Front Desk and to display a current permit decal.
Outside Parking – L&R controls parking outside of the buildings. In order to keep unauthorized vehicles from taking up parking spaces that could be used for residents and their guests, they are being more aggressive on enforcement and towing. Outside parking is really scarce this weekend. If you have a space in the building please put your car inside. Please don’t leave your car unattended in front of the lobby for more than 10 minutes as a courtesy to all.
BBQs – The BBQs at the pools are now available. Please use them. We get strong complaints about BBQs in our building being a nuisance.
Good News – Here are a few things to share:
