- Two large fans, that need to be lifted to the roof, were approved.
- A change order to approve a larger diameter water supply pipe to the new cooling tower was approved.

- The board approved a legal action be taken against a formal owner.
- The Board approved a Harassment Policy, to provide guidance to the Board of Directors on how incidents that come to their attention should be handled. Any incidents of suspected harassment going back the last 36 months are to be reviewed, with the Associations Attorney copied, for action or as information. This is for any and all types of harassment.
Smoke Detectors – a homeowner requested that residents be reminded not to tamper with or remove their smoke detectors. This is because the fire detection system goes into alarm, which needs immediate investigation and/or a call to 911 and the fire department. In order to reestablish communications between the tampered alarm and the alarm system an expensive contractor is needed, which is then billed to the unit owner.
Hose Kit Reimbursement Deadline – Any remaining requests for hose kits are subject to the $150 per heat pump guidance. The period of consideration is from September 2017 through August 1, 2019. No further requests will be considered after August 1st.
Jorge Castaneda – the board, staff and residents attended his Memorial Service at Corpus Christi Church.
