Welcome to La Princesa Tower!
The Coronado Shores Condominium Community is a 10 building complex made up of around 1,500 units built in the late 60's and 70's in Coronado, California. Each building is individually incorporated and governed by a board of directors.
Incorporated in 1978, La Princesa Tower is the tenth and last of the high-rise condominiums to be built in the Coronado Shores complex.
This website is designed for the members of Association #10 to stay informed and connected with their neighbors and staff. New residents and members are encouraged to click the "New Residents" tab to find the answers to commonly asked questions concerning La Princesa.
The recreational facilities and amenities are maintained by the Landscape and Recreation Committee (L&R) which acts as an unincorporated master association. Please visit the L&R Website and review the L&R Rules and Regulations Rev. for information about the Coronado Shores campus and its Facilities.
